When you place an order with online store, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between Pierre Cardin for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved or we will debited your credit or debit card.

Pricing & Availability
Pierre Cardin try and ensure that all details and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, processing errors may occur. If Pierre Cardin discover an error in the price or payment of any goods which you have ordered, Pierre Cardin will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If Pierre Cardin are unable to reach you, Pierre Cardin will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have paid for the goods, Hummer will fully refund.
The prices on the Pierre Cardin online store website are exclude delivery charges, delivery costs will be charged based on states. West Malaysia (RM8 per postage, If you order up to RM80.00, there will be no charges for delivery cost) ; East Malaysia (RM12 onwards based on parcels weight) ; such additional charges are clearly displayed, where applicable, and included in the 'Total Cost'.
Pierre Cardin reserve the right to correct and update information at any time without prior notice for any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and also reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation or out-of-date information for the pricing, shipping and also payment terms.

Products
Pierre Cardin do not warrant that Pierre Cardin product descriptions on Pierre Cardin web page or other content of Pierre Cardin . Service are accurate, complete, reliable or error-free. If a product offered by is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. However, not all product can be returned under Pierre Cardin standard policy procedures. Some items are not eligible for return for refund or exchange unless defective. Return products have to be in new and original condition, original product packaging attached with it's original price tags and labels.
