We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange according to the policy below.
1. Return & Exchange Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date the order is delivered.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Items are eligible for return or exchange if they meet the following conditions:
• Item is unused, unwashed, and unworn
• Original tags and packaging are intact
• Item is not damaged by the customer
• Proof of purchase or order number is provided
For hygiene and quality reasons, we reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions
• Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
• Items without original tags or packaging

4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
• Defective
• Damaged during delivery
• Incorrect item or size
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide:
• Order number
• Product photo
• Description of the issue
Upon verification, we will arrange either:
• Replacement, or
• Refund / store credit

5. Return Process
To request a return or exchange:

2. Provide:
- Order number
- Item name / SKU
- Reason for return
3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Items sent without prior approval may not be processed.

6. Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
EXHAUST GARMENT SDN. BHD. is not responsible for lost return parcels.

7. Refund Method
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed as follows:
• Refund to original payment method, or
• Store credit / gift card
Processing time: 5–10 working days after return approval.

Exchanges are allowed for:
• Different size
• Different colour (subject to stock availability)
If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer:
